"Die 3,50 m hohe Eichenholzkonstruktion auf einer Betonplatte wurde vom Zimmerer- und Tischlermeister Hans-Josef Südholt 1999 entworfen und gebaut. Die Verkleidung ist aus Trespa-Hochdruck–Schichtpressstoffplatten (HPL), eine Mischung von bis zu 70 % Fasern auf Holzbasis mit thermohärtenden Harzen. Für den Innenraum verwendete er Lärchenholz, das mit Zementputz gestrichen wurde. Die Unterkonstruktion ist aus Maschendraht.
Der Holzschnitzer Joseph Grasedieck vom Brink in Raesfeld schnitzte die 1,20 m hohen Figuren aus Lindenholz.
Eingeweiht wurde die Station am 1. April 2002 von Pfarrer Johannes Arntz und über 100 Gästen."
