This sculpture is a giant version of the trophy delivered to Disney Employees during the Disney Legends ceremony.

Established in 1987, the Disney Legends program recognizes people who have made an extraordinary and integral contribution to The Walt Disney Company. The honor is awarded annually during a special ceremony. (Wikipedia)

On April 12th 1997 ceremony was held in Disneyland Paris for the 5th birthday of the park. During this Ceremony, only europeans employees were named as Disney Legends.
