Old railroad handcart located outside the entrance to the Oswego Railway Museum, at the intersection of West Van Buren Street and West 1st Street in Oswego.
Cart is most likely of 1930's vintage. It is in the fanciful markings of the Oswego & Syracuse Railway. That railroad was only in existence from 1849 until absorbed by the Delaware Lackawanna & Western in the late 1870's.
