This is a private facility, but non-resident are always welcome to view tourneys. Many high school and club tourneys are held here.

This is an amenity for living in this community. Many tourneys, I am told are held here. High School, and Tennis Clubs use them for competition. I do not know if they have to pay a fee.
I do know if you are a guest or a resident of this residential complex you pay no fees.
