The Lake Andrew Town Hall is a handicapped accessible, single story structure built in 2011. It replaced a century-old building which had also served as a schoolhouse.
Lake Andrew Township takes its name from the body of water, which was named by settler Andrew Holes in 1857. The township was organized in 1868. Lake Andrew Township is west of New London, and north of Willmar.
At the 2010 Census, Lake Andrew Township had a population of 982.
