This range is on Eastside Road about a half mile south of Deer Lodge and just north of I-90, but not accessible from it.

Eastside Road, in Deer Lodge, becomes Dixon Street, which parallels Main Street, which is four blocks to the west.
The sign at the range doesn't indicate the name of a club or organization associated with the range. It does say, however, that land use and range support are compliments of the Montana Department of Corrections. That is because the range likely is on land on which once stood a brick factory which employed inmates of the Montana State Prison in Deer Lodge.
The sign looks relatively new, which indicates that the range has not been here for eons.
