This binocular can be found at the road from Waldhaus south of Flims to the town center. The main view from this location is are the steep rocks north of Flims.
These cliffs were created about ten thousand years ago in one of the largest rockfalls we know about. About 9 to 12 cubic kilometers of rock came down when the frost melted after the last ice age. Flims was built upon the debris cone of this geological event.
