This sculpture depicts a life-sized man who seems to be kneeling and leaning on a platform in front of him.
The placard accompanying the sculpture explains that it is a 1952 cast of the original at the British Museum.
It also informs us that:

"Rui was the high priest at the temple of Amun towards the end of the reign of Rameses II, and possibly into the reign of Merenptah. Rui had this statue commissioned and placed in the Mut precinct at the temple of Karnak."
