This one was very well-done by someone who knew how to work with concrete. The headstone itself stands upon a concrete base, and what look like mailbox letters that one would find in a hardware store have been used to provide the "inscription," which says:

Born Jan 31, 1896
Died June 3, 1940
Note that the 9 in "1940" needs a little attention.
