To receive credit for this waymark, simply take a photo of yourself holding your vaccination card. You do not need to show any personal information (and please don't share any). You can get credit for this after you have had at least one dose which is when you will receive your vaccination card (at least in the US).
I got Moderna, but let us know in the comments which one you got. Did you have any side effects? As of this writing about 10 hours after I got my first shot, I am experiencing a headache, muscle aches, and a mild fever.
