The sculpture is by Cathay Circle in DCA. The sculpture is of Disney wearing 1930s clothes. Beside him is a stack of luggage with Mickey Mouse of top of the pile. Mickey has his own luggage and is holding out a hand. Disney has a jacket swung over his shoulder and is smiling.

Walt Disney is the founder of the Walt Disney Pictures and the co creator of Mickey Mouse. This statue is located in DCA and there's another Walt Disney sculpture in Dinseyland.
