Built by Charles Stearns and opened in 1812. Between 1824 and 1830 the tavern was operated as a hotel by Joseph Curtis, who sold the property to CM Delant in 1837. When the structure was moved to Park Ave, it was restored and built to be used as a bank. Today based on the signage is up for lease.
