The monument lists those who died and those who served. There is a figure of a nurse on top, 4 servicemen around the monument and two seated figures holding a plaque.

(On tablet on front of base between two seated workers:) This monument honors the glorious patriotism and self-sacrifice of the Endicott-Johnson Workers, who, in every capacity contributed their all to the cause of human liberty during the Worlds War to all those who made the supreme sacrifice to all those who carry honorable wounds of conflict to the grave to all eighteen hundred who served in land sea and air service in this country and over seas to all the thirteen thousand who contributed the work of hand head and heart. This monument is dedicated in undying affection and pride in their accomplishments by George F Johnson September 6th 1920 the record in service 1710 dead 43 wounded 141 war relief of all kinds including government loans workers only $5,040,000.00 American Red Cross membership 100% of workers
