"Na míste dnešního paláce stával gotický dum zminovaný v 80. letech 14. století. Ten ve 2. polovine 16. století prošel vrcholne renesancní prestavbou, na pocátku 60. let 17. století byl barokne prestaven na palác. Soucasná podoba vychází z pozdne barokní prestavby z let 1764–1769, kterou nechal provést Karel Kucera.

O rokokovou prestavbu se zrejme zasloužili následující majitelé, rodina Demartinu, v letech 1775–80."

Originally Gothic house. The current form is based on the late Baroque reconstruction in the years 1764-1769, done for Karel Kucera. Rococo conversion is probably done by the nextowners, family Demartinis, in the years 1775-1780.
