The Yellowhead Highway (visit link) is part of the Trans-Canada Highway system.
Here it's just a quiet two lane blacktop road with lots of room to pull over and take pictures. In Manitoba, the closest town is Russell, 16 km east and in Saskatchewan, Langenburg is 15 km west.
