On the GCA site this had been published as TP3080 and the name of Sand Bar, 1/9/2009.
I had tried to access it from the Blueys Beach side, but it seemed unlikely to be a good route, so I went around to the Southern side where my topo map showed a track heading further up the hill from the road to Sand Bar.
I parked @ S32º 22.201' E152º 30.795', and walked on to the next waypoint of S32º 22.120' E152º 31.581'; from where you head up the 'spur' / ridge. Open going on the Southern side.
No spectacular views tho.
While the trig is shown on the Seal Rocks 9433-3S topo map it is 'sliver of a map', and I think it may also be shown as an extension of the Myall Lake 9333-2S 1:25,000 map.
