Rosário is a lovely village, close to Lisbon but still rural and picturesque, like a portrait of a bygone time. And it has a beach.

In Portugal most of the beaches are oceanic and quite good. It's no surprise then that river beaches are not so popular, but still there are a few.
Not far from Lisbon, somewhere in the southern bank of river Tagus, there is Rosário, a lovely village featuring a river beach (praia fluvial). It's located directly near the village. It's no good at all when the tide is low. Easy parking near the beach, from where the coordinates were taken.
