This contemporary steel sculpture takes the form of a cube & stands over 10 feet high. The Art work is typical of the style of Alfredo Halegua. Located in the Frischer Sculpture Garden of the Museum of Science & Art, Daytona Beach, Florida.

The contemporary Sculpture comprises of large rectangular steel bars, arranged to form a Cube. The cube then balances on one single edge.

Statue of Limitation is one of three or more of these sculptures by Alfredo Halegua, with the same title.

There are no plaques or signs evident describing the sculpture. This massive heavy steel art work is featured in the Frischer Sculpture Garden. Located in the grounds near the South entrance of the Daytona Museum of science & Art.

I suspect this sculpture, once stood at the Volusia County Court House, now painted black, or it is version #4 or higher?

DIFFERENCES NOTED BETWEEN THE INVENTORY LISTING AND YOUR OBSERVATIONS AND RESEARCH:
Museum address incorrect should be 352. No plaques or signs evident, describing sculpture. Moss growing on some of the internal surfaces, Sculpture could do with a clean. I suspect this sculpture, once stood at the Volusia County Court House, now painted black, or it is version #4 or higher?
