Cubeism - Is my name for this Sculpture, It is a description rather than a title. There are no plaques or signs evident. This massive heavy steel art work is featured in the Frischer Sculpture park. Located in the grounds of the Daytona Museum of science & Art. Entry to the grounds is free.

I suspect this sculpture, once stood at the Volusia County Court House, now painted black, or it is version #4, or higher.
