Four clocks in a tower on the left hand corner of the building. The tower base is a cylinder that rises to roof level with a circular collar to a belfry. The clocks themselves are on top of the belfry in and a square faced structure topped by a roof and steeple. The clock faces are black with white digits and hands.
The City Hall was completed in 1892 and built during the economic boom in the 1880's and 1890's necessitating a new center for the town.
