This ground level fountain has a large center water source surrounded by eighteen smaller fountains. They cycle between all off, just the center, just the outer ring and all on. Very entertaining to watch.
If you travel south along Broadway you will pass several "standard" fountains before reaching "The Rivercenter" fountain waymark.
