This mark is in the bridge carrying Old Willow Road over the Middle Fork of the North Branch of the Chicago River. The mark is embedded in the top of the southern concrete wall spanning the bridge, to the south of the walkway across the bridge. It is unstamped and probably dates to 1995, the year the bridge was reconstructed.
