County of fountain: Gordon County
Location of fountain: 100 S. Wall St., courthouse lawn, Calhoun

I can find no other info. This fountain was installed when the county moved the Veterans Memorial to the south side and installed the fountain, the column monument which has no text, and both in an oval raised wall. I am assuming this was meant to be some sort of Confederate memorial, or Civil War Monument, but I cannot find any proof.
