This is the west end of the trail which is on River Terrace Road by the truss bridge.

This is a birding spot, especially in winter when everything freezes, there are still spots visible from here where there is open water on the Susquehanna River. The trail goes by Union-Endicott High School and you will sometimes see members of the track team running here. If the river is high this trail will flood.
