The Legion War Memorial is in front of the Osoyoos town hall along Highway 3, AKA Main Street in Osoyoos.

This broad stone and concrete obelisk shaped cairn was erected by the Osoyoos Legion, Branch #173 at city hall in 1962 in memory of Osoyoos and District war dead and was dedicated in 1963. It has a large bronze plaque on the face, placed in memory of the war dead of both World Wars, below which is a separate smaller bronze plaque remembering the Korean War.
In the concrete base are inscribed the words "Lest We Forget".
