This stamp, issued by Croatian Post, is depicting Eltz Manor in Vukovar. The stamp is published on 18th July 2013 as one stamp in series of four stamps dedicated to Croatian Manors and Castles. Each stamp of series is published in sheet of 9 stamps and one joint sheet with eight stamps (two of each design) and eight labels.

Eltz Manor was originally built between the period of 1749 to 1751 by the German Catholic noble House of Eltz and was gradually extended over time. The estates near the Military Frontier were however exposed to raids by Ottoman troops but also by local Hajduk paramilitary forces. Eltz Manor suffered a great deal of damage during the Croatian War of Independence in 1991, during the Battle of Vukovar. It was rebuilt after the war.
