In the early 1900's, Martin and Osa Johnson traveled to the South Pacific and Africa filming wildlife and natives. The Martin and Osa Johnson Safari Museum is about their lives. Exhibits include personnel items, photographs and artifacts from their expeditions. It is located in a former train depot with the Chanute Public Library.
