The Vredeskerk is a Roman Catholic church. The church tower, as its name implies, towers over all the surrounding buildings and is higher in relation to the rest of the church than you typically see. It has a Celtic cross on top and a clock below the bell room opening. There is a painted patchwork pattern in purple and yellow in the eave area.
