We agree with the book that this castle is really worth a visit. You can indulge yourself in Scottish history, visiting the Royal Palace and Scotland's Crown Jewels or the giant bombard cannon 'Mons Meg'. On a clear day, there are stunning views over the city and the sea. Moreover, you could witness the daily firing of the One O'Clock Gun and may more attractions.
