This memorial for the 10th anniversary of 9/11 is made from concrete from the World Trade Center, and has inscriptions of "NY,' "NY," "PA," and "DC" - in binary code - on various parts of the memorial.

In Bethlehem, on the government plaza, is this sculpture that is a 10th Anniversary Memorial to 9/11.
The monument is located near the Bethlehem Area public Library, the easternmost building in the plaza.
The monument is roughly a 'Y' shape, made from the concrete slurry found at the World Trade Center. Inscribed in various places are binary code. Code found:

There is a plaque on the monument, the words of which are below.
I found an article online about an incident where a car impacted the monument - one month after the monument was dedicated.
