Beside a fruit stand/ice cream vendor, this station is almost brand new, having been put up within the last year. It appears to be free, as we saw nowhere and no way to pay for it. We doubt that the fruit stand would put up a free charging station, so possibly it is the work of the town of Chase. There are two outlets at this station, at one of which a Nissan was found drinking electrons.
