This piece is located on the left side of the entrance to the art museum Zentrum Paul Klee in the eastern outskirts of Bern.
The first segment of the glass guardrail is damaged. Next to it there is an official plaque of the museum that says:
"Fenster für Gespenster
Hammerschlag auf Verbundglas
unbekannter Künstler
Zentrum Paul Klee 2012"

Now what is the story behind that?
I don't know, but hardly ever an abstract piece of art has grabbed my attention and made me think about it so long. That's the great thing, and maybe it's even better to not know the real story.
