Sitting in a giant ice cream cone, inherited from the former owner (an independent ice cream stand), Hob Nob Hot Dogs, featuring Casper's Frans has been Manteca's Hot Dog stand for years, if not decades.
Is is open whole year long, but during winter, the only seating is in a small building adjacent to the ice cream cone. Additional outdoor seating is available in summer.
