A cute statue of Brighty the Burro, a legendary and celebrated resident of the Grand Canyon, stands in the main hall of the Grand Canyon Lodge. Rub his nose for luck :)

Brighty the Burro is immortalized in Marguerite Henry's book Brighty of the Grand Canyon, one of Younger Sister Blaster's favorites.
