A towering glass building with sporadic, vertical, yellow panels overlooks Plaza de la Libertad. There’s a rectangular lily pad pond for quiet thought and a fountain with vertical sprays that blow in the wind for more lively thought. An artistic blue plastic tree with blue leaves and decorative hanging spirals has been seen at different places on the plaza.

Walking further along the above-street plaza level, one overlooks some lushly planted areas below. At the end of the plaza walk way, one comes to a large abstract art piece.

The plaza can be seen in Google Street View. From this point you can turn 360 degrees to view the plaza levels or one can take a virtual “stroll" throughout the plaza.
