The Hubbardston Civil War Soldiers Monument is located on the grounds of the Town Hall on Main Street in the center of Hubbardston, MA.

A nicely maintained 12' high by 4' square, stepped, marble monument by an unknown sculptor has a decorative top featuring an eagle perched on a pyramid of cannon balls and carved cannons on the four edges. The names of fallen soldiers are engraved, in alphabetical order, on the north, east and south faces of the monument. The monument was dedicated on June 17, 1885.
On the upper front are the inscription:
ERECTED 1885
IN MEMORY OF OUR FALLEN HEROES
COLD HARBOR is inscribed on the lower part of the east side. NEW BERNE is inscribed on the lower part of the north side. PORT HUDSON is inscribed on the lower part of south side.
