This is a small Rose Garden of Scottch roses. It is located in Böblingen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The roses have been donated by some of the sister cities of Böblingen: Glenrothes in Scottland and Pontoise in France.
Some roses have been donated in 1996 for the 40th anniversary of the partnership with Pontoise. There's a stone plate which tells details.
