Teatro Carlos Vieco is located on the hillside of Cerro Nutibara.

Dubbed by many as the Temple of Rock, Charles Vieco opened in 1984 as a space for the development of cultural and artistic activities of various kinds, but over the years became the epicenter of the local rock and a place banner for the consolidation of the underground in Medellin and affirms Victor Raul Jaramillo, frontman of metal Reincarnation, when he says that the place "opened the doors to those who had no space for expression and groups punk, metal, hardcore seeking a traditional and conservative different output that has been established in Medellin for so many years."
