At this crossing, you are in two states. Delaware to the south and Pennsylvania to the north. You can pull off to the east on State line Rd. if you actually want to step in two different states at once. There are no welcome facilities, but there are nearby gas stations. The actual crossing is about 10 miles north of Wilmington, Delaware's largest city.
