Long Description:
The Teck Trail Smelter is possibly the largest lead zinc smelter in the world, producing tons of lead and zinc daily and ounces or pounds of silver and rare earth metals. As a byproduct it produces a vast amount of fertilizer in a separate plant nearby.

Over the course of a couple of minutes, the sign flashes the amounts of lead, zinc and silver produced each month and their current prices. It also flashes milestones achieved by individual workers, such as 40 years with the company. It also shows the current number of accident free days and, of course, the current time and the temperature. There's more, but I can't remember what else we saw while waiting for the time to roll by.
