This firehouse can be seen in the Open Air Museum of Tallinn. It comes from a village named Orgmetsa, somewhere in Jarvamaa district. It was built in 1928 and moved to this museum in 1991.

This kind of fire station were common in larger villages of Estonia, generally built and manned by voluntary firefighters. Accordingly to the plate, the shed was meant to store fire fighting equipment and the tower was used to try the hoses after being used.

There was an alarm bell for obvious usage.
