This locomotive was built 1953 in the Soviet Union, more specificallu in the Kolomna factory.
It was used mostly with freight trains and late in its life it was simply used to heat nearby houses, using its heated up furnace.
It was later renovated, in Tapa depot, and used in the movie December’s Heat.
Nowadays it's on display not far from the main railways station.
