Milford-on-Sea has a stony beach and a large car park on the cliff-top. There are great views of the Isle of Wight from the area and a large grassy location near the car park.
Many walks can be found here, including along the beach to Hurst Spit and Hurst Castle passing the Keyhaven marshes.
The Needle Eye Cafe is located here and facilities including a WC. There is often an ice-cream van especially in the summer months and there is a childrens' play area.
The beach is managed by New Forest District Council.
