This station, an intersecting type, is the Mystic Harbor Water Tower, in West Ocean City, MD. According to the NGS description, the point of intersection is at the vent cap on top of the tank:

DESCRIBED BY MARYLAND DOT HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION 1986
THE STATION, MYSTIC HARBOR WATER TANK, IS AN ELEVATED STEEL WATER
TANK WITH A SINGLE STEEL CYLINDER BELOW IT. IT IS GREEN IN COLOR,
AND HAS A VENT CAP AND DOUBLE CLEARANCE LIGHT ON THE TOP. THE POINT
INTERSECTED WAS THE VENT CAP.
IT IS LOCATED ABOUT 0.15 KM (0.1 MI) SOUTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF
STATE HIGHWAY 611 AND SUNSET AVENUE.

The tank is prominent, and visible from a long distance from several directions.

This station has adjusted coordinates. The published coordinates in the NGS datasheet are used here, for obvious reasons. The published coordinates are so precise that a recreational grade GPS receiver would be no match for them.

This station is loggable here, and at the Geocaching site as well. When visiting, please consider logging at both sites. Thank you.
