Upon entrance to the McNay Art Museum grounds (open to the public during DST 7am–7pm and CST 7am–6pm) you encounter a large 14 ft tall stainless steel head. The work of Philip Grausman, who focuses on the essential elements of the woman's face. For more information, including a video showing the installation, check this page on the museum website. At the time of the waymark was created, the information plaque for the sculpture was damaged; likely by the grounds crew since it was at the base of the figure.
