DESCRIBED BY US LAKE SURVEY 1975 (WAB) THE STATION IS LOCATED ON THE NORTHERN SEAWALL DEFINING THE ENTRANCE TO ERIE HARBOR. THE MARK IS AN OCCULTING LIGHT ATOP AN UNMANNED LIGHTHOUSE PAINTED WHITE AND BLACK AT THE EASTERN END OF THE BREAKWATER.
