Two very distinct monuments stand here for this couple. Green Snider's monument is of gray granite, with the family name prominent above the base, with the following inscription:
Green G.
Snider
Jun. 9, 1861,
Apr. 9, 1905.
Dying is but going home.
Lucy Snider's is a white marble headstone, sculpted to appear to be covered with funeral draping and a Bible, with the family name at the base, and above it, the epitaph of "I am waiting in Heaven for thee." There is no Woodmen Circle logo, simply "Erected by the Woodmen Circle" below the inscription, which says:
