At this state border crossing, one travels along Harvey RD/OH Route 39 between Columbiana County, Ohio & Beaver County, PA.
There is a monument on the border commemorating the 'Point of Beginning' for surveying the Public Lands of the US, as well as several historical markers, and a pull-off for parking on both sides of the border.
This border crossing is worth pulling over to look around before continuing on!
