The Kensey Johns, Jr. House at 313 Delaware was constructed circa 1823. The brick, two-story, three-bay house is in Federal style. The house has a center-hall plan, with a gable roof with two dormers and brick parapet chimneys.

The house appears to be in good condition and continues to serve as a private residence.
