Pomník je venovaný obetem války a odboje mezi roky 1914–1919, války a odboje mezi roky 1938–1945 a odboje mezi roky 1948–1989. Speciální venování je pak príslušníkum 311. stíhací perute RAF. Pomník je obdélný na šírku, bez výzdoby a s rytým písmem.

The monument is dedicated to the victims of war and the resistance between the years 1914-1919, the war and the resistance between the years 1938-1945 and the resistance between the years 1948-1989. Special dedication is to the then members of the 311th Fighter Squadron of RAF. The monument is a rectangular on width, with no decoration and with engraved lettering.
